Middle school is an important milestone. It’s the bridge between being a little girl and being a young adult. Understandably, parents worry about the new academic expectations, the pressures to fit in, and the social ups and downs. Don’t worry. We’re here to help!
We want your daughter to walk the halls of middle school with confidence! Coach Sheri, a Teen Life Coach extraordinaire, will be guiding and supporting your daughter throughout the day to learn about:
Special Parent Session: Parents will discover how to be their daughter’s best supporter by joining us for a special parent session. You’ll hear directly from Coach Sheri and then you will join your daughter for a special wrap up session.

Participation Waiver (READ FIRST)
I, parent guardian of the registered participant, give my permission for my daughter to participate in YOU GOT THIS. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation by my child. I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Teen Wise and its volunteers and instructors from any and all claims arising out of any injury to your child that was beyond our control. I, the parent/guardian of the registered participant, hereby give my consent for emergency medical care prescribed by a duly licensed Doctor of Medicine. This care may be given under whatever conditions are necessary to preserve life, limb or the well being of my child
